Anderson Dock & Lift Co. is a Florida-based marine construction company building waterfront structures made to last. Founded in 2019 by Pete Anderson, Anderson Dock & Lift Co. was built from a lifelong interest in boats, shoreline living, and working outdoors. Pete is a Florida certified specialty contractor, license SCC131152520, and a U.S. military veteran whose background in both the Army and Air Force shaped how the company works. After years in aircraft manufacturing and leadership roles, he moved into a trade that combined technical skill with life on the water.
A dock is where early mornings begin, a boat lift protects weekend plans, and a seawall safeguards the ground a family gathers on. Every project is approached with that in mind. We are not simply installing structures. We are building how people use their waterfront.

As the owner and operator of Anderson Dock & Lift, I am here to serve the West Coast of Florida as a Florida certified specialty contractor, license SCC131152520. I am a combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan who served a combined 24 years in the US Military as an Army and Air Force officer. I earned my undergraduate degree in business administration at The Citadel and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.
Raising my three awesome kids, living on the water, and being a boat owner, I am passionate about enhancing your waterfront living experience. I am also an active member of the Florida Marine Contractors Association.
