Does Anderson Dock and Lift offer financing?
Yes. Anderson Dock and Lift offers project financing to qualified residential clients for seawall, dock, boat lift, and retaining wall work anywhere between St. Petersburg and Fort Myers. Approval is handled by our lending partner and is subject to credit approval. You do not need to apply before you call us, and it costs nothing to ask during your free estimate.
Most waterfront work is not a small purchase. A failing seawall is not something a homeowner planned for, and it rarely waits for a convenient year. Financing exists so that the condition of your shoreline, rather than the timing of it, decides when the work happens.
Promotional financing offers are available from time to time through our lending partner. Ask what is currently offered when you request your estimate, and we will put the current terms in front of you in writing.
What can be financed
Any of our residential work qualifies, including the projects people most often need at short notice.
- New seawall construction and full wall replacement
- Seawall repair, tiebacks, and cap work
- Docks and piers, new build or rebuild
- Boat lifts, including installation and capacity upgrades
- Retaining walls
Storm damage is the common case. If a wall failed and the repair is not something you can put off, financing is usually the fastest route from estimate to crew on site.
Do I have to apply before my estimate?
No, and we would rather you did not.
Get the estimate first. Until somebody has looked at your shoreline there is no number to finance, and applying for credit against a figure nobody has measured helps nobody. We come out, look at the wall, and give you a written scope and price. If you want to finance it at that point, we start the application then.
Who qualifies
Financing is offered to qualified residential customers and every application is subject to credit approval by the lender. We are the contractor, not the lender, so the decision and the terms are theirs rather than ours.
This program is for residential property. If you own a marina, a restaurant, a condominium shoreline, or any other commercial waterfront, this is not the right product and we would be doing you a disservice by pointing you at it. Commercial waterfront work is quoted and paid for differently. Talk to us directly and we will walk you through how those projects usually get structured.
Does financing change my price?
No. The scope and the price we quote are the same whether you pay for the work outright or finance it. We do not quote a cash price and a finance price.

What projects can be financed?
Seawalls, seawall repair, docks and piers, boat lifts, and retaining walls. Any residential work we do.

Does financing change the price of my project?
No. The quoted scope and price are the same either way.
