Permits and Inspections
Whether a job needs a permit depends on its scope and on the city, county and state rules that apply at your address, and those rules are not the same from one municipality to the next along this coast. We handle the filing as part of the job. If you are not sure what condition your structure is in, an inspection is the place to start: see dock and pier inspections, boat lift inspections, seawall inspections or retaining wall inspections.
